this is so weird...
who else is spending the night in with their parents (or whoever else) and watching this bizarro NKOTB/Backstreet Boys performance?
ETA: video here, if you were out partying and missed it. It’s kind of mesmerizing and horrifying at the same time to watch grown men sing and dance the songs that made them famous as boy bands.

Conor Oberst: No, I haven't. I'm such a procrastinator. I'm going to California to have Christmas dinner with Jenny Lewis and Johnathan Rice because my family is all scattered right now. Maybe I'll buy them some cassettes for their vintage station wagon, or an air freshener.
